THE BOONE STORY
In 1985, Colorado natives, Casey and Jennifer Boone, opened a specialty ski and apparel store (originally Paragon Sports) on mainstreet in Evergreen, Colorado. Their blend of technical expertise, niche product offerings and a friendly, community-family focused vibe proved to be a huge success in this tight-knit mountain town. Eight years later, the couple moved the business to a more spacious location across from Elk Meadow Park. Re-named Boone Mountain Sports, the shop continues to thrive while serving residents of Evergreen and the surrounding mountain areas.
Thirty years after Boone Mountain Sports celebrated its grand opening, three of their children, Logan, Kelsey and Riley Boone, joined the business and are now responsible for the daily operations of the stores. The tradition continues as the Boone family enjoys sharing their passion for skiing and their eternal appreciation for Colorado’s beautiful mountains with Evergreen and the larger front range community.
