Carpet Cleaning

The carpet cleaning process includes a pre-vacuum, spot treating, pre-spray to safely and effectively remove dirt and debris, and then rinse with a hot water truck mounted process.  It is followed up with grooming to ensure the carpet dries fluffy without lines or footprints from us.  We also offer a protector to minimize staining and lengthen the life of the carpet.

Upholstery Cleaning

The upholstery cleaning process includes a pre-vacuum, pre-spray, and rinse with a hot water truck mounted process.  It is followed up with a towel dry to ensure all soil is removed during cleaning, and to ensure the fibers of the upholstery are laying correctly. We also offer a protector to minimize staining and lengthen the life of the upholstery.

Leather Furniture Cleaning

This is a three-step process that starts with removal of soil and oils.  Then a conditioner in the higher usage areas such as arms, head rest, and where the legs lay.  This helps the leather to stay soft and is less likely to crack.  Finally it is protected with a leather cream conditioner, which will lengthen the life of the leather.

Tile & Grout Cleaning

This process can be used on both ceramic and natural tiles, floors, shower walls, and counter tops.  We use a pre spray that safely removes dirt and debris from tiles and grout, and then rinse it completely clean with the hot water truck mounted process.  We also offer a grout sealer, so dirt, water, and bacteria do not get into the pores of the grout.

Wood Floor Cleaning

This process includes a sweep and vacuum of area, a cleaner to remove the dirt and finish which will be rinsed away and dried thoroughly, then a satin or gloss finish is reapplied in two coats.

Machine Made Area Rug Cleaning

Machine made rugs can be cleaned on site unless they are contaminated with urine.  This process includes a pre vacuum, spot treating, pre-spray to safely and effectively remove dirt and debris, then rinsed with a hot water truck mounted process.

Hand Made Area Rug Cleaning

Hand made rugs are picked up and taken to a facility to be properly cleaned.  They are handled with care by professionals trained in cleaning fine oriental rugs, silk, cotton and wool.  Repairs can be made as well.
