Curtis & Kristopher have spent the last 13 years running restaurants together. They realized their dream of owning & operating their own place in March of 2010. A family owned business complete with their two sons helping out when they are not in school or playing football.
Curtis has been a chef for more than 25 years and has worked in some of the nations top restaurants (Sign of the Dove & The River Cafe, NY, NY, Game Creek Clubin Vail, The Straight Wharf on Nantucket, Restaurant RM in Las Vegas and the Brown Palace Hotel in Denver to name just a few) Curtis & Kristopher seek out the freshest fish (from their Nantucket fishermen), local beef and dairy as well as local produce, bringing the best to the plate, “We are all about the quality of ingredients”. Diners should feel comfortable bringing their children to dine “We don’t have a kids menu because we think your kids should have whatever they want. We don’t support frozen or boxed products, kids can have anything they like for $6.
